Mode of Communications

The order of communications from the officers, teachers or volunteers of the Company to Boys and their parents or guardians is as follows:

1) Company Blog (public) : http://nypsbb.blogspot.com
(Weekly cut off time for our announcements will be Thursday 8 am. Please check the announcement after that time each week.)
2) Email sent via Google Group to parents or boys (as and when deemed necessary, e.g. announcements or changes in arrangements made after Thursday 8 am)
3) SMS or Phone (if necessary, e.g. for last minute or important changes)

For communications from the Boys, parents or guardians of boys to the company's officers, volunteers or teachers in charge, the preferred modes in order would be:

1) Email
2) SMS
3) Phone call
