Welcome Note

Welcome to the Nanyang Primary School Boys' Brigade Company's Public Blog. The company is the 42nd Junior Company of the Boys' Brigade of Singapore.

This blog is set up with the purpose of enabling the company's Boys, their parents/guardians as well as other volunteers to keep up to date with the activities of the company.

As the company is largely run by volunteers together with one or two school teachers, this blog will play a vital role in enabling the Boys and their parents/guardians to get the latest information in case they are unable to contact the volunteers or the volunteers are unable to get back immediately to the Boys or their parents/guardians due to work commitments.

The following will take place on this blog:

• The Calendar of Events will be kept up to date whenever changes take place.
• The latest announcements for the upcoming activities will be posted on this blog.
• The latest reports on our activities will be published here as well.
• Information frequently needed by parents that can be made public will be posted herel.
  

Hence, strongly encourage you to save the link to this blog to check the latest information each week at this site. If changes are made later than 8 am on Thursday morning, we will contact you via email. For late and important changes, the volunteers will undertake to inform via sms or phone call to the parents/guardians or the Boys directly. For more details on this matter, click here.

For other information that are private in manner, such as contact information of volunteers, you will find them in the private area hosted on a Google Group at: http://groups.google.com/group/nypsbb. Access to the private area is restricted to members, their parents/guardians, volunteers, officers and teachers of the company.
