We finally had our parade this week with the go ahead from the school.
The devotion was on the topic of self control. A simple story about Dr Ben Carson was shared with the Boys to show how self control came about with God's help for Dr Ben Carson. The video clip used can be found at YouTube. They were taught the need to exercise control over their speech and anger, amongst others. They were also taught how parents play an important role in guiding them to do so and Dr Ben Carson's story shows how pivotal this can be.
The Boys kicked off the Captain's Ball League fixtures with teams Trustworthy, Reverence and Humility winning their first matches. For the full results, click here.
